Let your intention behind every thought, word, action or reaction be Peace. Peace is the foundation of true joy. We’re here to be happy!
Following on with this theme, whether we are consciously aware of this or not, every thought and every action that’s born out of, or motivated by, war energy sows seeds of yet more war in the experience of our life’s reality.
This is a truth I discovered for myself by surprise during this Meditate Peace journey.
I had thought Peace was something to attain by focussing energy out there. I now inner-stand that Peace is realised out there by focussing on the energy in here!
This is a clear and simple statement for anyone to make. It’s one I would have resonated with intellectually without a doubt. But I wouldn’t have seen it for the tangible truth that it is. I wouldn’t have felt it. I wouldn’t have known it as the truth of living in this reality, as I do now.
When life is lived out of war energy, each thought, each action, becomes a bullet of war. Each bullet fired will materialise war for ourselves somewhere in our lives. It’s inevitable. It’s the law of nature. Energy will meet itself.
Many of us live our lives like machine guns, spewing out destruction on full automatic fire! And then firing even more determinedly as earlier bullets begin to wind their way back to us, raining down or manifesting their negative real-world effects in our lived experience. A vicious, destructive, and painful way to live out our lives. Also very sad, when we consider that we should be living happy, productive, creative lives!
War energy is energy empowered by a frequency of war, or fight if you prefer. It doesn’t have to be full scale battlefield type conflict. It can also be the energy behind even the tiniest thought or action/reaction to an internal or external stimulus. It’s the intention behind the creation of that thought or action/reaction that determines the effect. It’s not necessarily what we say or do, it’s what we’ve empowered what we say or do with. What comes out of us in any given scenario may itself be very subtle, calm and measured, or even quite innocuous or seemingly neutral. The outward expression may have been filtered through a politically correct mindset or tailored by our learned social and cultural norms. However, it makes no difference: if the energy that birthed it (i.e. the intention or motivation behind it) is actually or ultimately attack energy (however clever, passive or subtle), negativity will be the manifested and experienced result. Playing games doesn’t change the intention. The results will be felt via a million different forms of discomfort and even pain. Obstacles may begin turning up in our lives. Blockages may appear. Other forms of negativity may appear or be felt. All of this does not create a peaceful reality for the originator – it sows seeds: seeds of future negativity and our own unhappiness.
This realisation has therefore been profound for me.
I now realise that the manifested experience around me, my experience of life (no, even more concrete than that) my actual life, IS the direct result of the energy directed outwardly by me. I have literally created the tangible experience of this life. We are really this powerful! We create our worldly reality, our lived experience. We are the “Lord and Creator” (if you want to use that language), the instigator, of what we perceive and experience. The energy we apply to our own thoughts, actions and reactions will be processed by a greater power (nature itself) before it shows up in the precise form that nature decides, but show up it will!
Firstly, we need to see that. Analyse it. Understand it. And take heed. We need to make sure that we consciously direct the right energy in all that we do, say, think, act and react.
This might sound frightening, but we’re doing it anyway (unconsciously)!
Knowing this and being consciously aware is empowerment!
This means that to change the outside, we need “only” to change the inside. The focus needs “only” to be on the inner to impact the outer. I use inverted commas here to highlight this because as challenging as this might be, at least we don’t need to try to grasp and control all of the myriad external things, people, beliefs and happenings out there in the world in order to initiate Peace! The wonderful truth is that the territory that needs our attention lies within. It’s our own. It’s in our hands, We just need to begin to take responsibility for how we live our own lives from the inside in order to impact our external experience.
So, let your intention be Peace in all that you think, do and say.
This will create a powerful change.
This will manifest a significantly different worldly experience.
This is how we bring Peace into our worlds.
